Veggies Made Easy with Mann’s, Summer Tofu Salad Recipe

Veggies Made Easy, Summer Tofu Salad Recipe 

Ingredients 

  • Mann’s Rainbow Salad
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup seaweed (if desired)
  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp ginger dressing
  • 2oz minced onions
  • 1tbsp coconut oil or EVOO

Instructions 

  1. Saute onions in coconut oil until translucent (about 3-5 minutes )
  2. Add cubed tofu, 2tbs tamari, 2tbs ginger dressing into pan. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. You just want all the sauces to blend and the tofu to get warm, not fried. 
  3. Turn off heat. Toss in Mann’s Rainbow Salad
  4. (Optional – toss in seaweed. )
  5. Mix, add additional tamari dressing, as desired.
