It’s been a loooong week – trips with kids, finally deciding to kick off Mommy Moments with Pamela Pekerman my Facebook LIVE show debuting this Wednesday 1pmEST, tons of planning for Shop 4 Vasculitis shop for a cause campaign, and, oh ya, new house planning still going strong.
Which is why, I love nothing more than unwinding with a little Mom Sunday Spa Night. #WeAllNeedMeTime
If I waited until I put my kids to bed, which is now creeping around 8:30/45pm, I’d have no energy to enjoy my beloved spa zen zone. So, earlier this year, I decided, for my own sanity, and the overall betterment of my family, I would get a babysitter to come from 5:30-8:30pm.
It’s a $40 weekly investment into my wellness, and I take these three hours very seriously – seriously zen, that is.
Tonight, my bathroom smelled like a rose garden, and I left the tub feeling moisturized and renewed for the week ahead. (FYI Tonight I actually couldn’t get a sitter, but my father-in-law came for an hour!)
