What you believe, is what the world believes. Sexy doesn’t have a size or an age. Sexy is an inner confidence, and it’s something that can easily be lost when we, as moms, continue to show up for others, while not showing up for ourselves. A little morning affirmation can help reprogram your mindset, when you feel insecure about your sexiness.

Feel Sexy with Lingerie

Even if you plan to spend the whole day in a car and/or around the house doing errands, slap on a thong or a lace bra, and use it as a reminder throughout the day, that you are sexy. I’ve always purchased lingerie to please myself, and, yes, I wear beautiful undergarments to remind myself that I am beautiful, and I sexy, and even if I pass out at 8:30pm and nobody (i.e. the hubs) sees by sexy accents, I know I’ve walked with them and my sexiness all day.

Be Bolder on Vacation

Sometimes getting out of your physical space is a great way to recharge your mama mojo and feel comfortable trying a sexier-than-usual dress or bathing suite. Remember, nobody is worrying about how you look, as much as you are. We’ve all been on a beach and seen women of various shapes and sizes in love with themselves. YES! Get a form-fitting dress. YES! Show off your legs.
