Drink Wine Day Celebration – FRIDAY 5 FINDS

Hey Mamas,

Unbreakable glasses, Muscat from Justin Vineyards, velvet truffles, lactose-free cheese … there are so many reasons to celebrate National Drink Wine Day, a day early.

Don’t wait until tomorrow, February 18th, to toast to your greatness.

Today’s Friday 5 Finds are all about wine and the many ways you can enjoy it solo, or with company.

Drink Wine Day – The Innovation

Pure Wine The Wand – Don’t want a headache after your glass (or three) of wine? Pop this wand into your glass, before you’re ready to drink, and it will absorb the histamines and sulfite preservatives from your wine. This helps alleviate headaches and congestion, as well as enhance the taste through rapid aeration. Okay, that last bit is just for my real wine-savvy mamas. I lifted it from a press release. #AlwaysHonest #AlwaysDrinkingWine

Drink Wine Day – The Hygge Life

The Little Book of Hygge: Danish Secrets to Happy Living – I couldn’t help picking up Meik Wiking’s book on all-things hygge. I’m already in a very grateful, happy place in my life, but I love how this tiny book is loaded with adorable tips, recipes, happiness perspectives and wellness advice. #ImWithTheDanes

Drink Wine Day – The Vessel

LifeFactory Wine Glasses – Because sometimes you just need to drink while the kids are still awake … Silcone sleeves protect the glass if you accidently spill it with your elbow while running to save your kids, who are about to  go all mosh-pit off your living room couch. #DrinkAnyTime

Drink Wine Day – The Noshing

Alter Eco Organic Velvet Truffles – Chocolates that are made with love – organic, fair trade, gluten-free, carbon-neutral product – and taste divine.  #NoSharingWithKids

Cabot Creamery Muenster Cheese – If you’re lactose sensitive (like me) or full-on lactose intolerant, this lactose-free cheese is the creamy ticket for a decadent night at home. #CheesyIsGood

Drink Wine Day – The Vino

Justin Vineyards 2015 Sunny’s Block – I’m no sommelier, but I like what I like. I very much like this Orange Muscat which looks, tastes and smells bountiful. This isn’t sugar in a bottle, like many Muscat. Sunny’s Block has layers of peachy, orange goodness. Just drink, don’t overthink! How’s that for wine philosophy? #InVinoITrust
